I understand that the schedule delivery program is only for 250 gallon tanks OR larger and is in effect from October 1st through April 15th of each year and that my tank as designated above will be filled with each delivery during this time period. I also understand that if my account falls into a "CASH ONLY basis or is past due the Manager may remove my name from the schedule delivery program. It will be the Manager of Ag 91 Energy's decision to put my name back on the schedule delivery list alter my account has been made current. I understand that this agreement is valid per heating season and I will have to sign up each year. |also will notify Ag 91 Office if any changes occur in my household that would possibly change my normal usage, such as; more occupants, less occupants, gas water heater, gas stove, gas dryer, etc.
I understand that the schedule delivery program means that my tank will be filled ONCE A MONTH if needed, weather permitted, during the heating season ; meaning October 1st through April 15th. | also understand that I must sign a "Schedule Delivery Form” every year to be considered a schedule delivery customer. I also understand that to be on the schedule delivery list, the delivery driver for Ag 91 Energy, LLC MUST have access to my tank at any given time during the month. (If we need to call you when we come then you will not be considered a schedule delivery customer and you will need to call in your order).
I have read and understand the Schedule Delivery Program Policy. I know that I am responsible for checking my tank, even though I am on the Schedule Delivery Program, and that I may be liable for any costs associated with an empty tank.
